Visiting the website
The website does not ask you to sign up, does not use advertising and does not set its own tracking cookies. Like any website, the company that hosts it (Cloudflare) handles technical information such as your IP address and browser type so it can deliver the page and keep it secure. The page also loads fonts from Google Fonts. These companies have their own privacy policies.
Joining Dickieevans1 Members
Subscriptions are taken through our Telegram bot. The bot is run using InviteMember, and card payments are handled by Stripe. When you subscribe, we receive your Telegram name and username, your subscription plan, payment dates and whether your subscription is active. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe handles those.
We use this information only to give you access to the members' channel, remove access when a subscription ends, and keep basic records of payments.
How long we keep it
We keep subscription and payment records for as long as needed for the service and for normal accounting and tax purposes, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
